Step - 01
To create Rakhi base, take any two coloured foam sheets & draw circles in descending sizes referring to the image.

Step - 02
Cut them with scissors.

Step -03
Decorate the cutouts using coloured corrugated sheet. Using coloured paper cord & button, create patterns and stick it using Fevicol MR as shown in the image. You can create motifs using other material available too.

Step - 04
Using Fevicol MR, assemble the elements as shown and let It dry. Your handmade Rakhi is ready!
