Step - 01
To create Rakhi, take a piece of mount board draw and cut a circle measuring the diameter of 2” approx. Now take coloured sheets felt of your choice and cut approximately 2 circles measuring it into descending size compare to mount board cut out.

Step - 02
Now to decorate, take mount board cut out, stick felt circle on to it using Fevicol A+ and let it dry. Now take any decorative fabric available cut them into pieces, using Fevicol A+ stick on the edges of the circle in a uniform manner as shown

Step - 03
Using Fevicol A+, stick any decorative beads available as shown and let it dry.

Step - 04
To enhance it, stick felt circle overlapping on the beads stuck using Fevicol A+. Now take some ornamental stones, decorative cords, sequins and stick in an aesthetic manner as shown using Fevicol A+.

Step - 05
To create rakhi, stick any decorative cord and sandwich it between cut-outs as shown using Fevicol A+
