Step-01
To create the placard, take an A4 sized white chart paper. Now place your hand onto the sheet and draw contour of your hands as shown.

Step-02
Cut them with scissors.

Step-03
Fold it into as shown to create a card.

Step-04
Now take coloured kite papers of your choice and cut them into small pieces.

Step-05
Using Fevistik, stick the cut outs randomly and overlap them onto each other and let it dry.

Step-06
Using Fevistik, stick googly eyes and draw a smiley below with the help of felt pen. To create a placard holder, attach barbeque stick behind and let it dry.

Step-07
Using felt pen write text I am having a water free Holi, and you ? Handmade placard is ready!
