Draw the templates provided on different coloured sheets

Step - 02

Cut them out with the help of safety scissors

Step - 03

Blow a balloon

Step - 04

Drape it with a black crepe paper as shown above. Leave the middle space to stick the penguin’s facial cut outs

Stick all the cut outs as shown above with Fevicol A+

Step - 06

Make another balloon that is decorated in the same manner
