Procure the base

Step - 01

Let us make a weather chart that is handy and makes different weather easy to understand. First take a white plain thick sheet and cut it in a circular shape.

Draw the base

Step - 02

Take a pencil and a scale and draw all the four seasons on it. You can select any one significant symbol for weather and write the name of the weather below it. For example: the sun depicts the summer and clouds for cloudy weather. Similarly, you can draw all the six weathers and their symbols. Refer to the image.

Paint the base

Take Rangeela Tempera Colours and paint all the weather symbols. Let it dry.

Cut the flap

Step - 04

On a thick sheet of paper, draw a triangle shape. Make sure one side of the triangle is along an edge of the sheet. Then, cut along the inside edge of the triangular shape to give a window look.

Paint the flap

Step - 05

Take the Rangeela Tempera Colours and paint the triangular window. Let it dry. Write “Today’s weather is...” on one edge of the triangular flap.

Assemble all the materials

Take a corrugated sheet and cut it into the size of the weather chart base. Collect blue quilling strips and a boarding pin.

Stick the materials

Step - 07

Take Fevicol MR and stick the white circular base on the corrugated circular cutout to make a sturdy base of the chart. For a finished look, stick the quilling strips on the borders of each division and the circular base using Fevicol MR. Place the triangular flap and pin the boarding in the center to and prick the boarding pin in the center. Make sure that the triangular flap rotates 360 degrees.
