Step - 01
Cut a rectangle to create a hat of the size of your respective head and an icard size for making an I-Card. Draw ' PROUD INDIAN' in block letters on the hat.
Step - 02
Take images of Pride Of India like Lion, Peacock, Taj Mahal etc for all the alphabets 'PROUD INDIAN' respectively.
Step - 03
Cut and stick the alphabets on the hat using Fevicol Ele. Outline the alphabets using Fevicryl 3D Cone Outliner of your choice. Cut fringes at the bottom using a scissor and past a black satin ribbon on the reverse of the hat.
