Step - 01

Take long strips of orange, white and green chart papers of thickness 3” inches each.

Step - 02

Spread Rangeela Paper Glitter Silver with your fingers on the entire strip. Leave it to dry.

Step - 03

On the reverse side of the strip make horizontal divisions of 1cm thickness along the strip to make the fringes keeping a margin of half an inch.

Step - 04

Cut along the lines to get the fringes. Refer to the final image.

Step - 05

Take a barbeque stick, stick one edge of the strip on the top end, roll it along the stick and paste it using Fevicol Ele.

Step - 06

Repeat the same technique on different barbeque sticks with white and green strips with Rangeela Paper Glitter on it.
