Tissue Paper Lamp Craft Activity

Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01

To create a lamp dome, blow up a balloon as shown. Now take some tissue paper and cut them into pieces with the help of the scissors.

Step - 02

Stick cutouts using a mixture of Fevicol A+ and water with the help of fine art brushes and let them dry.

Step - 03

Once dried, burst the balloon as shown.

Step - 04

To create bunting, take colored chart papers of your choice, and draw and cut out diagrams of different shapes as shown.

Step - 05

Using Fevicol A+, stick the cutouts onto the bunting cord. Make sure to create 5-6 buntings.

Step - 06

With the help of a paper cutter, cut out a dome-like structure. Using the Rangeela Tempera Colour of your choice, paint the dome with the help of fine art brushes and further draw different types of shapes overlapping each other as shown in the image.

Step - 07

Using Fevicol A+, assemble the elements as shown. A handmade lamp is ready!
