Step - 01
Take tissue paper sheet and cut it into small square shapes and different sizes. Cut it in zig-zag pattern on the ends.

Step - 02
Take all the square cutouts and roll them completely. Tie the rubber bands on equal ends on all the cutouts. You can tie 2-3 rubber bands on longer tissue paper and 1-2 on the smaller one. Keep the distance between two rubber bands equal to enhance the pattern.

Step - 03
Take the paint brush and Rangeela Tempera Colours to paint the Indian Flag’s tricolour in the space between the rubber band.

Step - 04
Remove the rubber band once the paper is in semi-dry condition. To press it, keep it under a thick cover and base.

Step - 05
Cut it in V-shape on the edges. Fold in a loop shape on the top side to pass the thread and stick it with Fevistik Power.

Step - 06
Similarly paint all the paper cutouts in different shades and patterns. Then make the loop and stick it with Fevistik Power. Pass the cobbler thread through each of them and use it to decorate your space.
