Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01
To create the tabletop, take a sheet of corrugated and draw the diagram referring to the template given I.e., frame, panels, and frame holder.
Step - 02
Cut them with the help of scissors.
Step - 03
To create illustration on panels, take a sheet of white chart paper draw and cut out rectangle measuring according to the size of panels as shown. Now draw the illustration of your choice on the theme of Kargil Diwas or refer to the template given. Using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour of your choice paint the illustration with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry.
Step - 04
Cut them into exact size of which panels are made, make sure to refer to the template give for exact measurements.
Step - 05
To create rotating structure, take a barbeque stick and insert through the frame exactly from centre as shown.
Step - 06
Now start inserting panels as shown.
Step - 07
Similarly, insert rest of the panels through barbeque stick and cut out the extra part of the barbeque stick which pops out of the frame and secure it with the drop of Fevicol A+. Let it dry.
Step - 08
Stick the paintings done on panels on either side. Using Fevicryl Acrylic colours of your choice paint the frame and panels with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry. Cover sides of the panels using quilling strip to make it look more finished. Make sure panels rotate. Handmade table top is ready!
