Step - 01

To create space helmet take a balloon blow it according to your head size. Now take newspaper cut them into pieces. Make a mixture of Fevicol MR and Water. Using the mixture made stick cutouts all over the balloon. Make sure to apply atleast 2-3 layers of newspaper cutouts and let it dry

Step - 02

Once dried bust the balloon.

Step - 03

With the help of felt pen make the marking as shown to create helmet window.

Cut it with the help of paper cutter.

Using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour of your choice, paint the helmet with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry.

Now draw and cut details of space helmet as shown. Make sure cutouts are proportionate to helmet size.

Using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour of your choice paint the cut outs with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry.

Make sure you have all cutouts ready.

Using Fevicol MR, stick cut outs as shown and let it dry. Hand made space helmet is ready.

Now to create a space jacket, take corrugated sheets, to measure the size you can t shirt of your size and make the marking and cut it with the help scissors . Make sure the design should be cut according waist coat.

Step - 11

Using Fevicol MR, stick the cutouts as shown forming like waist coat.

Step - 12

To create sleeves, take corrugated sheets draw and cut a diagram as shown measuring your arms or you can use t-shirt or shirt .

Step - 13

Make sure sleeves are proportionate to waist coat.

Step - 14

Using Fevicol MR, seal the edges of the sleeves and let it dry. Now insert the sleeves into underarm cut outs as shown and stick edges keeping it hollow for hands to pass through.

Using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour paint the jacket with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry .

Step - 16

Take white coloured chart paper cut out a band to attach on the sleeves and paint the band in tri colour using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour and let it dry. Now using Fevicol MR, stick the bands onto the sleeves as shown and let it dry.

Step - 17

Using Fevicryl Acrylic colour paint strips on the jacket as shown make sure to use the same colour as the helmet. Now collect some motifs or recyclable material like tin lids, bottle lids e available at home and stick it onto the jacket using Fevicol MR and let it dry. Handmade space jacket is ready !
