Step - 7
Paint the base & stick the layers - Take Fevicryl Acrylic Colours and paint the base of the box black in colour. Let it dry. Take the grey pebbles of clay and apply Fevicol MR on the base layer after painting. Stick the clay on the base layer. Take red rustic crumpled bits and stick it above the base layer with Fevicol MR. Let it dry.

Step -1
Procure the base - Let’s make the layers of soil of the science model fun and easy way. Take an empty corrugated box or any other hardcover paper box. Take plain white paper to make the layers of the soil.

Step - 2
Paint the sheet - Take plain white paper and sponge dab the Fevicryl Acrylic Colour on the plain white sheets. Let it dry.

Step - 3
Crumple the red layer - Take the red coloured paper and cut it into small bits and crumple it into small balls to stick on the pen stand.

Step - 4
Prepare the clay - For another layer, take Fevicryl Mouldit, mix resin and hardener in equal quantities and form an even dough. Make small circular balls and allow them to dry.

Step - 5
Paint the clay - Take Fevicryl Acrylic Colours, mix a bit of black in white and form a shade of grey colour. Paint it on clay pebbles with a paintbrush. Let it dry.

Step - 6
Assemble the sand granules - Draw the leaves on the light and dark green sheets and cut them with scissors. Stick the grass on the top edge of the box. Let it dry and assemble different types of sand granules.

Step - 7
Paint the base & stick the layers - Take Fevicryl Acrylic Colours and paint the base of the box black in colour. Let it dry. Take the grey pebbles of clay and apply Fevicol MR on the base layer after painting. Stick the clay on the base layer. Take red rustic crumpled bits and stick it above the base layer with Fevicol MR. Let it dry.

Step - 8
Decorate the top layer - Take the light green and dark sheets and cut them into small bits and pieces and stick it on the base for the top layer to grow with Fevicol MR. Let it dry.
