Step - 01
Take a small A5 size paper. Write the first rule on it with the pencil, along with the drawings
Step - 02
Outline the rule with a black felt pen
Step - 03
Cover the triangle with black quilling strips and stick it with Fevicol A+. Stick the beads on the vertices with Fevicol A+
Step - 04
Do the same for the other rules and create a dangler by sticking a satin ribbon on the backside of the paper.
