Step - 01
Take two different White Thick Card Papers. Draw the template of a peacock’s feather on the White Card Paper. Leave some space to crease, score and fold the paper for a 3D look. Take the measurements correctly. Draw Krishna and Radha on another paper. Refer to the image.
Step - 02
Take the template, score the crease and fold the sheet to obtain a 3D figure of the feather frame. Paint the Radha Krishna image with Rangeela Tempera Pastel Colours. Let it dry. Refer to the image.
Step - 03
Take the sponge, dip in Rangeela Tempera Colours and dab on the frame to get the paint sprinkled. Let it dry. Refer to the image.
Step - 04
