Step - 01
Begin with your circular steel thali. This will be the foundation for your beautiful decoration.

Step - 02
Take the purple felt sheet. Place your thali on top and trace its exact size with a pencil. Carefully cut out the perfect purple felt circle using your scissors.

Step - 03
On the purple corrugated sheet, draw a clear star shape. This will be the central design element.

Step - 04
Using your scissors, meticulously cut along the lines of the star shape you just drew on the corrugated sheet.

Step - 05
Stick the purple felt circle onto your thali using Fevicol MR, ensuring it's centered and smooth. Then stick corrugated star shape to the very center of the felt circle. Take your Fevicryl 3D Outliner (Gold Glitter) and trace the borders of the corrugated star. Then, add small decorative stars or designs around the outer edge of the felt sheet on the thali.

Step - 06
Gather your blue corrugated sheets and draw a diamond-like shape with curved sides. Then, on the glitter gold foam sheet, draw a slightly smaller version of the exact same shape.

Step - 07
Cut out all the shapes you drew in the previous step. Using Fevicol MR, carefully glue the smaller glitter gold cutouts onto the center of the larger blue corrugated cutouts, creating a layered effect.

Step - 08
You will need six of these layered blue and gold diamond shapes. Also, ensure you have six pink teardrop-shaped stones/gems and your small circular mirror.

Step - 09
Arrange the six layered blue and gold diamond shapes around the central circular mirror to form a flower-like pattern. Secure them in place with Fevicol MR. Then, strategically glue the pink teardrop-shaped stones between these petals to complete your stunning flower design.

Step - 10
Carefully stick your fully assembled flower motif at the center of the pooja thali, directly on top of the corrugated star.

Step - 11
Take your two small steel bowls. If you wish to add an extra decorative touch, prepare your purple quilling strips.

Step - 12
Use the purple quilling strips to stick to the rim of the steel bowls using Fevicol MR. Once done, gently place the decorated bowls on your finished pooja thali.
