Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01
Draw the template of the hat on different coloured chart paper. On hat template, write your proverb on the rim of the hat with pencil
Step - 02
Cut them all out with the help of safety scissors. Also, cut out the middle spikes carefully with some adult’s assistance
Step - 03
Pull out the spikes and fold those outwards. Then start sticking the flowers and leaves followed by the ribbon with Fevicol MR
Step - 04
Outline the proverb with Fevicryl 3D Outliner of your choice
