Upcycled Bottle for Plastic Bottle Craft

Step - 01

To create coin monster, take an upcycled bottle and cut it into half with the help of paper cutter.

Slice the plastic bottle for the container portion saving coins

Step - 02

For coins to pass through, create partition from any three sides with the help of paper cutter.

Corrugated Sheet for placing coins on the Piggy Bank

Step - 03

To create base for coins to take off, take a corrugated sheet draw the diagram referring to the image with the help of scale and pencil, make sure its proportionate to the bottle you are using for construction.

Cut them with paper cutter.

Assemble the Cut Outs and Stick them With Fevicol

Step - 05

Using Fevicol A+ Assemble the cut outs. To create a holder for a lid, take quilling strip & create a coil and stick it as shown.

Stick the Plastic Bottle to the Corrugated sheet using Fevicol

Using Fevicol A+ stick cut outs to the base as shown. Make sure the cut outs you create should fit the bottle as shown in the image.

Wrap the assembled body with Creative clay for Monster Piggy Bank

To create monster, take Rangeela Creative Clay of your choice create a slab with the help of the rolling pin and stick it onto the bottle using Fevicol A+.

Cover the Full Structure Similarly with Rangeela Clay

Similarly, cover the whole structure as shown.

Insert Barbeque Sticks Into The Structure of the Piggy Bank

Step - 09

To create working structure of monster hands, take two barbeque stick, poke one near the opening of the structure above as shown keeping 1” length bigger from both the sides. And poke another one below near the base keeping 1” length bigger from both the sides.

Add Detailing to Monster Piggy Bank using Clay Craft

Step - 10

To create a monster mouth, take Rangeela Creative Clay of your choice create a slab with the help of rolling pin now with the help of clay tool or paper cutter cut a rectangle proportionate to your bottle. Now cut the rectangle into half as shown and stick it near the opening using Fevicol A+

Step - 11

To enhance create features of monster I.e. eyes and horns using Rangeela Creative clay of your choice. Now create quilling coils and attach it to the barbeque construction as shown using Fevicol A+. To create hands of the monster, take paper straw and create two small holes and attach a straw and stick in the middle to holder the other two straws on the sides .

Step - 12

Make sure coil construction done is proportionate to your bottle.

Now stick 2 straws diagonally as shown in the reference using Fevicol A+. Now stick a thick quilling coil to the opening construction of the mouth as shown using Fevicol A+.

Use File Card in the Piggy Bank to use as Coin Holder

Step - 14

To create coin holder, take a piece of file card, draw and cut the circle measuring the size of coin and stick it on the hands as shown using Fevicol A+. Now take a piece of pipe cleaner and create a fence around the coin holder and stick it using Fevicol A+.

Paint the Piggy Bank Structure Using Rangeela Tempera Colours

Step - 15

Using Rangeela Tempera Colours of your choice paint hands and coin holder with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry.
