Make the Base

Stick ice cream sticks around each tissue roll using Fevicol Glue Drops to create the pencil holder base. Let it dry completely.

Paint the Holder

Paint one holder blue and the other black using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours. Allow the paint to dry.

Draw and Cut the Parts

Draw and cut the owl and penguin features such as eyes, wings, beaks, feet and eyebrows from the foam and felt sheets.

Decorate the Owl

Stick the owl's eyes, eyebrows, wings, beak, layered felt feathers and feet onto the blue holder using Fevicol Glue Drops.

Decorate the Penguin

Wrap the lower half of the black holder with white felt. Stick the eyes, wings, beak, googly eyes and feet using Fevicol Glue Drops. Allow everything to dry completely.
