Step - 01

Take a tissue roll and cover the bottom part by sticking white chart paper using Fevicol Ele to seal it. Paint it in a skin tone by mixing Rangeela Tempera Colours - Orange, White and Yellow.

Step - 02

Take a white chart paper and draw hair, spectacles and a moustache. Cut the shapes using a paper cutter.

Step - 03

Colour the shapes of the moustache and hair using Rangeela Tempera Colour – Black. Paint the spectacles in a shade of light blue made by mixing Rangeela Tempera Colours - Blue and White.

Step - 04

Stick googly eyes on the tissue roll using Fevicol Ele. Stick the moustache, hair and the spectacles on it as well using Fevicol Ele at the required areas. Refer to the final image.
