Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01

To create party hat, draw and cut the diagram referring to the template given.

Step - 02

Using Fevicol A+, stick cut out as shown to create hat structure, now with the help of paper cutter cut out the flaps below as shown

Step - 03

Using Fevicol A+, assemble the cut outs as shown and let it dry.

Step - 04

Using Rangeela Tempera Colours of your choice paint it with help of fine art brushes and let it dry.

Step - 05

Take any three coloured chart paper of your choice cut them into pieces. Now with the help of paper cutter poke holes to marking made on the hat.

Step - 06

Using Fevicol A+, stick cut outs all over the box to enhance stick pom pom randomly and let it dry.

Step - 07

To create party poppers, take 2 thick plastic bottles and balloons available. Now cut it out into cylindrical shape with the help of paper cutter

Step - 08

Take balloon cut out one end and insert it onto cylinder as shown. Now tie a knot to balloon as shown

Step - 09

Using Fevicol A+, decorate party poppers using gift wrappers and other embellishments and let it dry.

Step - 10

Now insert it through the holes as shown.
