Step - 01

Take a white chart paper and trace the template of the circle on it. Cut it out with the help of safety scissors.

Step - 02

Paint the cut-outs with Rangeela Tempera Colours of your choice

Step - 03

Print the elements that are required for pin wheel

Step - 04

Cut them out with the help of safety scissors

Step - 05

Stick the elements with Fevicol MR as shown in the picture above

Step - 06

Insert a deco tack in the center and our pin wheel is ready
