Prepare the Flower Parts
Draw and cut four heart-shaped petals, two leaf shapes and a long strip for the stem from the corrugated sheet using scissors. Paint the petals and stem using Rangeela Tempera Pastel Colours and allow them to dry completely.

Make the Tulip
Stick the heart-shaped petals around the stem using Fevicol MR to form the tulip. Stick the leaves below the flower to complete the stem.

Make the Bouquet Wrap
Decorate a white paper using Rangeela Tempera Pastel Colours. Roll the white paper into a cone shape and stick the edge using Fevicol MR.

Arrange the Bouquet
Place the finished tulip inside the paper cone. Add more tulips in different colours to create a colourful bouquet.

Finish the Bouquet
Tie a satin ribbon around the paper cone to complete the bouquet.
