Shape the Animals

Use recycled plastic bottles as the body and shape the heads with aluminium foil. Cut ears, legs, tails, wings, and other features from corrugated sheet and attach them to the bottles.

Cover with Paper Mache

Tear newspaper into strips and stick them over the entire model using Fevicol MR. Cover all the animal features with two to three smooth layers.

Dry the Models

Allow the paper mache animals to dry completely until the surface becomes firm and smooth before painting.

Paint the Base Colours

Paint the animals with Fevicryl Pastel Colours, giving each one a bright base colour. Allow the paint to dry completely.

Decorate the Animals

Use Fevicryl Pastel Colours to paint colourful circles, stripes, swirls, spots, and other facial features on each animal. Stick the googly eyes in place with Fevicol MR. Your paper mache animals are ready!
