Paint two paper cups with Rangeela Tempera Metallic Colours and allow them to dry completely.

Make the Dhol

Join the rims of the two cups using Fevistik power to form the dhol shape.

Decorate the Dhol

Stick the gold decorative lace around the dhol in criss-cross patterns using Fevistik power.

Add the Embellishments

Stick pearl beads, golden sequins and the decorative border lace using Fevistik power.

Attach the Strap
