Step –1
Prepare Spinner Bases - Procure your base materials like plain white sheets and a corrugated square sheet.

Step –2
Draw Corrugated Spinner - On the corrugated sheet, use a pencil to draw the main circular shape for your spinner. This will provide a sturdy backing.

Step –3
Design White Sheet Spinner - Take a plain white sheet. Carefully draw the design of the spinner, including divisions for numbers, ensuring it measures properly to fit onto the corrugated sheet.

Step –4
Cut Out Designs - Using scissors, meticulously cut out the drawn spinner design from the white sheet and the circular shape from the corrugated sheet.

Step –5
Assemble Spinner Base - Apply Fevicol MR generously to the back of the white spinner design and firmly stick it onto the corrugated sheet. Press down to ensure a strong bond.

Step –6
Colour the Spinner - Use the Fevicryl Carnival Pack to paint the spinner in different vibrant colours. Assign distinct colours to different sections of the spinner for visual appeal and clarity.

Step –7
Prepare Spinner Mechanism - Take a toothpick and two different coloured quilling strips. These will form the rotating arrow and central pivot of your spinner.

Step –8
Attach Spinning Mechanism - Carefully prick a hole in the exact center of the painted spinner using the toothpick. Attach the quilling strips to the toothpick in a manner that allows them to spin smoothly when rotated.
