Draw the design

Take a sheet of coloured paper. Using a pencil, draw 4 identical Modak shapes (a teardrop-like shape with a pointed top).

Cut the design

Use scissors to carefully cut out the 4 Modak shapes from the paper.

Fold the paper

Take each of the 4 cut-out shapes and fold them perfectly in half down the vertical center to create a crease.

Assemble and stick

Apply Fevicol MR to one folded half and stick it to another folded half, aligning the creases. Repeat with the remaining shapes to form a 3D structure.

Final Look

Let the glue dry completely. Your 3D Paper Modak is now ready for decoration or display!
