Create the Base

Draw a large circle on a corrugated sheet and cut it out carefully. Paint the circle blue using Rangeela Tempera Pastel Colours and let it dry.

Paint the Sea Details

Paint green seaweed at the bottom of the circle. Add small painted bubbles around the area where the fish will go.

Make the Fish

Cut triangle shapes from chart paper to form the fish bodies. Stick plastic straws neatly over the triangles using Fevicol Glue Drops, then trim the edges evenly.

Assemble the Scene

Stick the fish onto the blue base using Fevicol Glue Drops and then stick googly eyes to bring the fish to life.

Add Texture and Elements

Stick pebbles, beads and buttons at the bottom to create a seabed effect, using Fevicol Glue Drops.

Add the Message and Thread

Write and paint your slogan on chart paper and stick it along the bottom edge. Attach a thread loop at the back, so your wall hanging is ready to display.
