Step - 03
To create waves in the background, take coloured chart papers which has shades of blue, with the help of scissors cut out random wave shapes as shown. Using Fevistik stick the waves cut outs overlapping one another as shown. For the base, take blue coloured chart paper of your choice, cut-out a rectangle referring to template given, stick it using Fevicol A+ and let it dry.

Step - 01
With the help of pencil and scale draw diagram from template given
Step - 02
With the help of scale and reverse side of paper cutter fold the flap as shown.
Step - 03
To create waves in the background, take coloured chart papers which has shades of blue, with the help of scissors cut out random wave shapes as shown. Using Fevistik stick the waves cut outs overlapping one another as shown. For the base, take blue coloured chart paper of your choice, cut-out a rectangle referring to template given, stick it using Fevicol A+ and let it dry.
Step - 04
Now take any 2 coloured chart papers of your choice, draw corals referring to template given with the help of pencil
Step - 05
Cut them with the help of scissors. Now using Fevistik stick the cut outs overlapping each other as shown.
Step - 06
Similarly, draw and cut the seaweeds referring to the template given
Step - 07
Draw marine animals with the help of Felt pen or CD marker, referring to template given
Step - 08
Using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour of your choice paint it with the help of fine art brushes.
Step - 09
Cut them with the help of scissors.
Step - 10
To create key holder, take a strip of coloured chart paper and roll into a tight coil and seal the edges using Fevistik. Make sure to make coils of different sizes as shown.
Step - 11
Assemble all the cut outs on the base made using Fevistik and let it dry. You can paste key holder randomly as shown depecting as bubbles. Now take any cord and make a loop for hanging the key holder. You can either stick it on the reverse side or make holes to tie the cord.
