Pick the base

Get a corrugated cardboard sheet to begin making your special kite-themed gift box base.

Take the measurements

Use a scale and pencil to measure and draw outlines for the specific box size you want to create.

Cut the outlines

Use a craft cutter or scissors to carefully cut through all your drawn outlines.

Stick the sides

Take the two square sides for the top and bottom of the box. Join and stick the sides firmly together using Fevicol MR.

Paint the box

Complete the box and lid by painting it with Rangeela Tempera Metallic Colours. Take a piece of colourful cloth to decorate the kite.

Finish the decoration

Cut the fabric to stick along the sides of the box with Fevicol MR, and add a kite tail for decoration.
