Step –1
Procure the base - Let us make a celebratory Lohri lamp for the festival. Take a gateway sheet and cut it in the shape of a triangle to make a cone shaped structure. Take colourful kite paper and cut them into different shapes using scissors.

Step –2
Stick the cutouts - Take the colourful cutouts and stick them on the Gateway sheet in a pattern of your choice using Fevicol MR.

Step –3
Paint the straws - Take the four paper straws and paint them brown using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours to make it look like wood. Let it dry.

Step –4
Stick the cone - Take the Gateway sheet and stick the ends of the gateway sheet to make it look like a cone structure using Fevicol MR. Take the paper straws and stick them on the Gateway paper in a standing position.

Step –5
Cut the base - Take Corrugated sheet and cut into circular shapes as the base of the gateway sheet. Attach the gateway sheet in the center of the corrugated sheet using Fevicol MR. Make sure you adjoin all the four paper straws together on the top and stick them with Fevicol MR.

Step –6
Final Look - Take the Lohri lamp and light it up by putting fairy lights inside it.
