Step - 01
To create the grid for tic tac toe toy, take a corrugated sheet and draw 4 rectangles measuring 26cm x 8cm approximately.

Cut them with scissors.

Step - 03
Roll them into coils and stick the edges using Fevicol A+; let it dry.

Step - 04
Cover the coils with tissue papers using Fevicol A+; let it dry.

Step - 05
Using Rangeela Tempera Colour of your choice, paint the coils with Fine Art brushes; let it dry.

Step - 06
To create figurine heads, you will need 9 ping pong balls.

Step - 07
Cover them with tissue paper using Fevicol A+.

Using Rangeela Tempera Colour of your choice, paint them with Fine Art brushes and create features (eyes and nose) as shown in the image.

To create the figurine torso, you will need 9 Fevicol A+ bottle caps.

Cover them with tissue paper using Fevicol A+.

Using Rangeela Tempera Colour, create two types of patterns as shown with Fine Art brushes and let it dry.
