To create a new year frame, take a spectacle/goggle available.Further take a colored foam sheet of choice, draw the diagram of frame proportionate to your specs.

Step - 02

Cut them with the help of scissors.

Step - 03

To create party caps, take any 4 colored foam sheets of your choice, draw and cutout triangles proportionate to your specs.

Step - 04

Using Glue Drops, decorate the caps with the help of different materials such as pipe cleaners, sequins of different shapes & sizes & any cord as shown in the image.

Step - 05

Using Glue Drops, assemble the cutouts. Your handmade party goggles are ready!
