Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01

On A4 size black mount board, trace the design sheet as shown.

Step - 02

With scale and paper cutter, cut dialogue placard and the arc as shown.

Step - 03

Paint the text using Rangeela Tempera Colour of your choice.

Step - 04

With a fine art brush, paint the characters using Rangeela Tempera Colours of your choice; let it dry.

Step - 05

With a CD marker, outline the characters as shown. Cut them with scissors.

Step - 06

Using Rangeela Tempera Colour black, paint the ice cream stick and let it dry.

Step - 07

Using Fevistik Power , stick characters on the edges of arc as shown. To create pendulum motion, insert the ice cream between the arc so that it swings freely. Now stick the arrow using Fevistik Power as shown.Your quirky placard is ready - Happy Dusshera!
