Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01

Take a mount board sheet. Using a pencil and scale, draw the diagram referring to the template given.

Step - 02

Cut the diagram with a paper cutter.

Step - 03

Using Fevistik power, assemble the cut-outs as shown to create the base box.

Step - 04

Similarly, cut-out parts for the lid as shown with the help of paper cutter.

Step - 05

Using Fevistik Power, assemble cut-outs creating a lid and let it dry.

Step - 06

Now using Rangeela Tempera Colours of your choice, paint the box and lid as shown using Fine Art brushes. Let it dry.

Step - 07

Next, using a pencil, draw the design of Mughal motifs (refer to the template given).

Step - 08

Take coloured foam sheets of your choice and cut out the elements according to the motifs drawn.

Step - 09

Using Fevistik Power, stick elements as shown. Let it dry. To enhance, stick ornamental stones. Now using Fevicryl 3D Outliner Black, outline the rest of the design as shown and let it dry.

Step - 10

Using Fevistik Power, attach the lid to box using a strip of mount board with a crease in the centre of the strip, so that is folds as shown. Let it dry.
