Take Some Tissue Papers for Diwali Paper Weight Craft

Step - 01

To create table top paperweight, make tissue mâché. Take a bowl and add pieces of some tissue papers in it.

Add Water to Make a Paper Weight Craft for Diwali

Step - 02

Add some water until tissue paper pieces are soaked.

Add Fevicol MR in DIY Paper Weight for Diwali

Step - 03

.Drain out the excess water, add Fevicol MR to the pulp, mix it well until it becomes like dough. Make sure the tissue paper mâché is fine enough as shown in the image.

Create Crackers for Paper Weight Diwali Craft

Step - 04

To create crackers, with the help of hands create basic shapes as shown in the image and create its legs. Now put barbeque stick as shown in this image.

Paint the Elements to Create the Paper Weight Craft

Step - 05

.Using Fevicol MR, stick legs under the structure. Using Rangeela Tempera Colours of your choice paint the elements with the help of paint brushes and let it dry.

Handmade Diwali Paper Weight is Ready

To enhance it further, stick pipe cleaners as shown. Your handmade paper weight is ready!
