Step - 01

To create Halloween broom, take a piece of chart paper, and draw the digram of hemisphere as shown in the image.

Step - 02

Cut it with the help of scissors. Take a strip of chart paper with width of 2” approximately & cut out fringes as shown.

Step - 03

Using Glue drop, create a structure in conical shape as shown in the image.

Step - 04

Using Glue Drops, wrap the strip around conical structure.

Step - 05

Using pipe cleaners, create Halloween hat by twirling it around in a conical shape, to create stand take any colored pipe cleaner of your choice and twist it around as shown in the image.

Step - 06

Using Glue drops assmeble the elements together as shown. To enhance add details to the brom I.e., bow & pom pom, now attach u-pin to create polaroid holder.
