Draw the table as shown above with the pencil.

Step - 02

Write the heading beginning from units, tens, hundreds and so on (refer to the image above).

Step - 03

Outline the words with Fevicryl 3D Outliner and let it dry.

Step - 04

Paint each columns with Rangeela Temper Colour of your choice.

Step - 05

Outline each row and column with the quilling strips and stick it with Fevicol Ele.

Step - 06

Write the digits from 0 to 9 on a sheet inside the circles.

Step - 07

Outline the digits with Fevicryl 3D Outliner.

Step - 08

Cut them out with the help of safety scissors.
