Procure the base

Step - 01

Let do simple yet cute looking photo frame in kite shape. For the base, what you will need is a plain white thick sheet. Let’s draw two squares and two triangular shapes for the tail of the kite using pencil and scale.

Cut the design

Step - 02

Take the scissors and cut the square and triangular shapes from the outline drawn.

Cut the circular shape

Step - 03

Pick the two square shapes of the kite and draw circles in the center. Take the scissors and cut the circular outline of the square shape.

Stick the cutouts

Step - 04

Cut a triangle and a square from a thick sheet. Attach the triangle (tail) to the square's edge to form a kite shape using Fevicol MR. Cut two more squares same size as the square of the kite. Stick these to the back of the kite on three sides, leaving one side open for sliding in a photo. Refer to the image.

Paint the kites

Step - 05

Take Rangeela Tempera Colours and paint the kites with vibrant designs and colours. You can also make cute expressions to make the kit look playful. Let it dry.

Cut the photos

Step - 06

Take the photograph prints and cut them in the same circular shape as the center of the kite. Refer to the image.

Insert the photographs

Step - 07

Take both circular cut photos and insert them inside the shape of the kite from the open edges.
