Step - 01
Cut a rectangle from the corrugated sheet, about 8 inches by 12 inches. This is the base.

Step - 02
Cut two circles from the corrugated sheet, each about 6 inches across. Cut a long, wide strip from the corrugated sheet, about 4 inches wide and 12 inches long. Make a hole in the middle of the base, each circle, and the long strip. Cut a small window in the middle of the long strip.

Step - 03
Paint the base blue, circles, and the long strips using Rangeela Tempera Colours Unicorn.

Step - 04
Cut two small pieces of paper straw, about 2 inches long. Stick them standing up in the middle of the blue base using Fevicol MR. On each part of the pastel circles, write Hindi words and let the ink dry.

Step - 05
Now your Hindi Diwas wheel is ready! Spin the circles to see the words and their opposites through the window.
