Cut the base

Step - 01

Cut a rectangle from the corrugated sheet, about 8 inches by 12 inches. This is the base.

Cut the circles & strips

Step - 02

Cut two circles from the corrugated sheet, each about 6 inches across. Cut a long, wide strip from the corrugated sheet, about 4 inches wide and 12 inches long. Make a hole in the middle of the base, each circle, and the long strip. Cut a small window in the middle of the long strip.

Paint the parts

Step - 03

Paint the base blue, circles, and the long strips using Rangeela Tempera Colours Unicorn.

Assemble the wheel

Step - 04

Cut two small pieces of paper straw, about 2 inches long. Stick them standing up in the middle of the blue base using Fevicol MR. On each part of the pastel circles, write Hindi words and let the ink dry.
