Step - 01
To create happy new year hat, take a sheet of coloured thick chart paper of your choice, now draw the diagram referring to the template given with the help of pencil.

Step - 02
With the help of paper cutter cut out the contour of text HAPPY NEW YEAR and poke holes randomly around the text written. Now cut out the flaps below as shown.

Step - 03
Now take A4 size sheet of white gateway paper and using Fevicol A+ stick it below the text written. Now attach fairy lights from behind using adhesive tape .

Step - 04
Cut out the other parts of the hat I.e disc with the help of paper cutter.

Step - 05
Now cut another disc and flaps as shown

Step - 06
Using Fevicol A+, assemble all the cut outs as shown. Now sprinkle glitter powder all over the hat . Personalised new year quirky hat is ready!
