Gather base materials

First, assemble your materials: a paper plate, A4 sheets in white, yellow, and blue, and quilling strips.

Pick the base

The paper plate will be act as the globe's base.

Cut the Globe's Hat

Take the yellow A4 sheet and use crafty scissors to cut it into a triangular shape for the globe party hat. You can use your pencil to trace light stripes on this conical shape for later painting.

Paint the Globe and Hat

Use Rangeela Tempera Pastel Colours to paint the paper plate like a globe. Add a happy facial expression to your globe. Paint the stripes on the yellow hat.

Prepare the Background

Take the blue A4 sheet for your card background. Use white colour to clearly write the message ‘Happy Earth Day’ on this sheet.

Assemble the Card

Stick the painted paper plate globe onto the blue A4 sheet. Cut small quilling strips and stick to the background. Your Globe Greeting Card is now ready to spread Earth Day cheer!
