Step - 01

We are making a meaningful placard with a noble thought and concept that Gandhiji imparted to us the charkha.

Step - 02

To begin with take the candy sticks and paint them in colours of your choice. Leave them to dry.

Step - 03

Take the card paper (again you could choose a colour of your choice) and make a charkha wheel with a stand by sticking the candy sticks in the form of a charkha with Fevicol Ele. Refer to the final image.

Step - 04

To give a realistic and authentic look to the charkha wind cotton thread around the charkha as seen in the final image.

Step - 05

Finally write a phrase or a noble thought of Gandhji's in a calligraphic style using colours of your choice. This would complete your placard for Gandhi Jayanti.
