Make the Headgear Base

Cut a long strip from the corrugated sheet using scissors and join the ends to form a circular band. Wrap the white paper strip around the band and stick it neatly using Fevicol glue drops.

Paint the Base

Paint the headgear band using Rangeela Tempera Pastel Colours and allow it to dry completely.

Make the Wiggly Antennas

Coil one end of each pipe cleaner into a spiral and stick a pom pom to each tip using Fevicol Glue Drops.

Assemble the Headgear

Stick the pipe cleaners to the inside of the headgear using Fevicol Glue Drops so they stand upright like wiggly antennas.

Add the Face

Stick the googly eyes and a pom pom to the front of the headgear using Fevicol Glue Drops. Your colourful Wiggly Headgear is now ready to wear and enjoy!
