Assemble the base materials

Step - 01

First, on white chart paper, draw a medium-sized circle, and on your foam sheet, draw a flower shape. Next, take your blue quilling strips and fanfold them into a zigzag pattern. Now, carefully cut out both the white paper circle and the foam flower shape. Finally, gather your yellow threads and colourful wooden beads; these will be essential for the next steps of your Rakhi.

Make the final craft

Step - 02

Use Fevicol MR to stick the white circular cutout to your base, layering it with the jute cutout before sticking the yellow foam flower onto the pink jute sheet. Arrange and stick the blue zigzag quilling strip in a circular manner around Rakhi's borders. To complete your design, place and stick the colourful wooden beads in the center of the flower, then insert the beads onto the yellow thread from both sides to finish your beautiful creation.
