Prepare the Base

Take plain white paper to serve as the background for your landscape scene.

Arrange the Sticks

Arrange them into the shape of a flag: three horizontal sticks for the tricolour stripes, one shorter horizontal stick for the pedestal/base, and one long vertical stick for the flagpole.

Paint the Background

Use Rangeela Tempera Colours to paint a simple landscape scene on the white paper: paint the sky (e.g., blue) in the upper half and the grass/ground (e.g., green) in the lower half. Let the paint dry.

Paint the Flag Sticks

Paint the arranged candy sticks in the colours of the National Flag in tricolour.

Attach the 3D Flag

Apply Fevicol MR to the back of the painted candy sticks. Carefully stick the sticks onto the painted white landscape paper to create the 3D flag structure.

Mount the Sheet

Take a bigger size black sheet of paper/card. Stick the entire finished white landscape scene (with the 3D flag) onto the center of the black sheet using Fevicol MR.
