DIY Glare Holder – A Cool Father’s Day Surprise

Prepare the base

Step - 01

Let’s make an easy and creative Glare Holder for your father! Take an A-4 size Blue and a White Felt Sheet.

Draw the design

Step - 02

Take a pencil and measure the lines and draw on the sheet using a scale for the base of the shirt on blue felt sheet. Draw a pocket and the shape of a tie on the white felt sheet. Cut out all the shapes.

Make the collar

Step - 03

Draw two lines on the edge of the blue shirt leaving some space in the middle. Cut the outlines. Stick Fevicol MR on the edge of the paper to be folded in –V-shape for the collar look. Refer to the image.

Fold the edge

Step - 04

Stick the black button in the center of the collar with Fevicol MR. Stick the paper of the white felt sheet as a pocket on the right side. Fold the downside of the vertical shirt and stick with Fevicol MR behind it. Cut some blue felt sheets to attach on the folded part and add support to the folded part. Let it dry.

Add Finishing Touches

Step - 05

Take Fevicryl Rangeela Tempera White Colour and paint dotted lines on the borders of the collar. Let it dry.
