Draw the Design
Take a sheet of white card stock and create three connected sections. On the top two sections, draw the hands of a sister about to tie a rakhi onto a brother's wrist, which is in the center.

Cut the Outline
Carefully use scissors to cut along the outer outline of the hands you drew. Leave the bottom rectangular section of the card intact, as this will be the base.

Create the Pop-Up Fold
Fold the card so that the brother's wrist is in the middle panel, and the sister's hands fold over it from the sides, as if they are tying the rakhi. The bottom section will allow the card to stand up

Paint the Card
Use bright and beautiful shades of YUDU Poster Colours to paint the hands, clothes, and background of your drawing. Let the paint dry completely

Make a 3D Rakhi
Take small pieces of YUDU Magic Clay and shape them into a beautiful design for the center of the rakhi. Stick this onto the card with Fevicol MR to give your rakhi a special 3D effect.

Finishing Touches
Tie a piece of lace behind the clay Rakhi, so the ends can be tied in a bow. Write your special message, like ‘Happy Raksha Bandhan’, on the base of the card.

Final Look
Your unique, handmade card is now complete and ready to be given to your brother to celebrate your special bond on Raksha Bandhan.
