Material details

Step - 01

Today, we will craft a wall hanging of the Arctic Polar Bears and evergreen forest scene for Earth Day. Earth day is celebrated to raise awareness and support for environmental protection. Take 2 White Coloured A-4 size papers, 1 Yellow paper, 1 Blue paper, and 1 Black paper.

Draw the design

Step - 02

Take one piece of White A4-size paper and draw 2 small polar bears, 2 small penguins, and 2-3 small snow caps. Take the Yellow paper and draw 4 webbed feet of penguins. Refer to the image.

Paint the drawings

Step - 03

Create and paint the snow peaks with a mix of Blue and White Rangeela Tempera Colours. Make the penguins with Black, Yellow, and White card paper using Fevistik Power. Let it dry. Once it dries, cut the shapes out. Refer to the image.

Join the frame

Step - 04

Take the 4 Icecream candy sticks and stick them with Fevistick Power from edge to edge. Refer to the image.

Build the frame

Step - 05

Collect all the animal motifs, painted cutouts, cotton, and thread further to build up the cute frame.

Assemble the frame

Step - 06

Place the Blue Paper as the base of the frame. Then stick all the cutouts one on the other with Fevistick Power. Tie the jute thread to the top stick from edge to edge. Refer to the image.

Final look
