Prepare the Base
Trace the wall hanging shape and three small circles onto a corrugated sheet. Cut out the base and circles neatly using scissors.

Cover the Shapes
Trace and cut the same shapes from the orange, blue and yellow foam sheets. Stick the foam pieces onto the corrugated base and circles using Fevistik Power.

Add the Border
Cut the blue foam into a decorative border frame and stick it around the orange panel using Fevistick Power. Attach the yellow foam circles onto the corrugated circles.

Decorate the Hanging
Write "Victory of Good" neatly in the centre using a black marker. Decorate the border with flower embellishments, glitter flowers and decorative stones using Fevistik Power.

Paint the Symbols
Paint the Dussehra symbols on the yellow circles using Rangeela Tempera Metallic Colours and allow the paint to dry completely.

Assemble the Wall Hanging
Punch holes in the base and circles. Thread the golden ribbon through the top to make a hanger and attach three ribbon strands with the decorated circles at the bottom.
