Prepare Ravanas Heads Base

Step - 01

Take a white paper sheet. This will serve as the base for drawing and preparing Ravanas multiple heads.

Draw Ravanas Heads

Step - 02

Using your pencil, carefully draw the outline of Ravanas heads on white paper. Ensure there are multiple heads, as traditional depictions of Ravana show.

Colour Ravanas Heads

Step - 03

Use Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Black for details, Flesh Tint for skin tones, Golden Yellow for crowns details, and Fevicryl Acrylic Pearl Metallic Colour Gold for intricate touches. Color all the Ravana heads meticulously.

Gather Embellishments

Step - 04

Collect all your decorative elements golden sequins, googly eyes, and golden glitter powder. These will add character and sparkle to your Ravana.

Embellish Ravana's Heads

Step - 05

Apply Fevicol MR where you want to add sparkle, stick to the googly eyes, then sprinkle with golden glitter powder. Attach the golden sequins to adorn the crowns.

Assemble Sheet Materials

Collect your crafting sheet the glitter foam sheet gold, the red jute sheet, and the yellow chart paper for Ravanas accessories and attire.

Draw the attire

Step - 07

On the red jute sheet, draw the outline for parts of Ravanas attire or decorative elements. On the golden glitter foam sheet and draw the shape of Ravanas sword.

Cut Out All Parts

Step - 08

Using scissors cut out all the drawn parts like Ravana heads from the attire/decorative elements from the red jute sheet, and the sword/gold cutouts from the golden glitter foam sheet.

Add More Sparkle

Stick additional golden glitter and golden sequins onto the sword and attire pieces. Now, begin assembling and sticking the body parts, arms, and the sword together to form the complete figure of Ravana using Fevicol MR.

Making the Ravana Base

Take the Fevicol MR bottle and white tissue paper. Wrap the tissue paper around the Fevicol MR bottle, creating a firm, cylindrical structure.

Create the base

Step - 11

To create the base, take the Fevicol MR bottle and cover it by sticking white tissue paper around it using Fevicol MR.

Paint the body base

Step - 12

Colour the base of tissue-covered cylinder using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Mauve 15. Let it dry completely.

Assemble the attire

Step - 13

Using Fevicol MR, carefully stick all the previously prepared attire pieces, accessories, and the sword onto the painted body base. Attach the sword to one of the arms and position all other body parts and attire as desired to form the complete figure of Ravana.

Stick the parts

Step - 14

Stick all the assembled parts firmly together. Tug the lace into place to add final touches to Ravanas costume, ensuring all elements are secure.

Create the flames

Step - 15

Take a white chart paper. Draw and carefully cut out the shape of the flames. Then, using Fevicryl Acrylic Colours Golden Yellow 09 and Orange 17, paint these flame cutouts to give them a realistic appearance.

Final Look

Step - 16

Set the Scene with a Background. Take another piece of white chart paper. Paint this paper entirely with Fevicryl Acrylic Colour Sky Blue 63, to create a sky or background effect. Once dry, you can attach your completed Ravana figure and the painted flame cutouts to this blue background, creating a complete Dussehra scene.
